The school
Chac-Mool is a relative new school (1996). Its main goal is people to communicate in Spanish and
their main approach focuses on an individual's learning ability. This school uses the theory of the famous Stephen Krashen "Natural approach" and that of the Seven Intelligences. It is a very
nice school and offers a pleasant and low-anxiety atmosphere to learn Spanish.
The school's facilities are excellent:: indoor & outdoor classrooms, library, cafeteria, swimming pool, and large grassy area. This is an ideal place for all those who want to immerse in a Mexican cultural environment.

The courses
Chac-Mool proposes an intensive group course (30 hours/week) including grammar, vocabulary,
history, literature, and conversation. The program is made of 10 different levels, including the Native Speaker one. Unique in Cuernavaca, this school offers one-on-one Tutoring: free 30 min.
session Mondays to Thursdays where the student can focus on his/her weakness or specific interests. Moreover, many workshops for different professions can be organised. Finally, program for
families & children, executives, and bilingual teachers are available as well.

Free time
In addition to classical excursions accompanied by a cultural coordinator along with some teachers,
Chac-Mool disposes of a culture program fully computerized. Students are invited to cotorrear (chat) in the afternoon over a "jarro de café" (cup of coffee).
