A longtime Cuernavaca favorite offering  authentic Mexican fare in a charming colonial-style setting with garden seating. Try the pollo en mole negro (chicken in a rich sauce made with chocolate, chili and other ingredients), fried plantains, and nopal (cactus) soup. Also several  pre-Hispanic dishes.
