Roughly covering a four-by-four block area west of the Historic Center, is the Zona Rosa, or Pink Zone. Once an upscale shopping and dining
enclave, the Zona Rosa lost its exclusivity with the advent of the Metro, or subway.

with swank jewellery stores, smart boutiques, antique shops, and genteel teahouses.
